He is seen in a folder bearing the inscription in pencil: Ta'līf fī al-ibdāl by Mā' l-ʿAinīn The writing was completed on 9 muḥarram 1309 h. / August 15, 1891. Inc. (f. 1v): الحمد لله الذي بدل السيئات حسنات وسهل علينا النطق بتبديل الحروف في اللغات (...) وسميته مفيد النساء والرجال في بيان بعض ما جاز من الأبدال Exp. (f. 8v): اللسان والعباب وليكن هذا اخر هذا الكتاب جعله الله نافعالأولي الألباب وهدى به إلى الرسول الصواب ونصره بالقبولفي السماء بين الظهرين تاسع المحرم الذي هو أول العام التاسع بعد ثلاثمائة وألف من هجرة خير الأنام عليه افضل الصلاة والسلام علي يدية مؤلفه ماء العينين بين شيخه الشيخ محمد فاضل بن مامين غفر الله لهم ولوالديهم ولذريتهم ولاحبتهم وللمسلمين Copy completed on Thursday 5 ḏū al-ḥiğğa 1318 h. / March 26, 1901 by Ḥabīb Allāh ibn Amad ibn Muḥammad Ḫuram, in the service of šayḫ Ḥasan ibn Mā' al-ʿAynayn (f. 8v, and second colophon in f. 9). It is available in a chemistry portant for the crayon inscription: Ta'līf fī al-Ibdāl by Mā' l-ʿAinīn The redaction was saved on 9 Muḥarram 1309 h. / 15 August 1891. Inc. (f. 1v): Praise be to God who changed bad deeds into good deeds and made it easy for us to pronounce by changing letters in languages (...) and I called it Mufid al-Nisa’ wa al-Rijal in explaining some of the permissible substitutions Exp. (f. 8v): The tongue and the tongue, and let this be the last of this book. May God make it beneficial to those of understanding and guide it to the right Messenger and grant him victory with acceptance in heaven and on earth. Its completion coincided between noon on the ninth of Muharram, which is the beginning of the ninth year after three hundred and one thousand from the Hijra of Khair al-Anam. May the best prayers and peace be upon him at the hand of his author, Maa al-Aynayn, among his sheikh, Sheikh Muhammad Fadil bin Mameen. May God forgive them, their parents, their offspring, and their loved ones.
