(f. 1v) Last words (f. 18): وإعلم إن المصنف قد This commentary from Aškāl al-ta'sīs by Šams al-Dīn al-Samarqandī is dedicated to Uluġ Bek. The work entitled Aškāl al-ta'sīs is itself a commentary on Euclid's Elements. Anonymous and undated copy. Dark brown cloth binding on cardboard with relief decoration: reuse of the binding of a work whose spine was much thicker. And after that, geometry, despite the solidity of its issues, is related (f. 18): And know that the compiler has contented himself in the parallel line with the assumption, and Euclid explained how. à Uluġ Bek. The first comment from Al-Ta's is that he left a comment on the elements of the Euclid. Copy anomy and non date.
