Sample Text The present manuscript is incomplete with ten leaves between the first and the eleventh, with which the preface and the indications which are given in a copy of the Goulshen-i raz which is described in the Vienna catalog have disappeared. This treatise on Mysticism is written in highly developed imitation of the poem which was composed under the same title, in Persian, by Mahmoud Shebisteri, at the beginning of the 14th century; the author comments in Turkish verse on numerous verses of the Koran and traditions attributed to the Prophet.
