The name as well as the tens digit seem to be written in place of scratched names. Comes from the library of Gilbert Gaulmin. - Mark dated 16 rabīʿ II 1029/21 March 1619 (f. 1). Colophon (f. 210v): And the completion of his comment was on the blessed Wednesday, the twelfth of Rabi’ al-Akhir of the months of the year ninety-nine. May God bless it with its good outcome at the hands of the least of God’s servants and those most in need of His forgiveness and pardon, who admits negligence (...) Fayyad bin Sadi bin Sheikh Saad bin Yusuf (...) Al-Habazmi (?), the country of Al-Maliki’s sect, may God forgive him and his parents. Cf. ms Arabe 1609. Copy of Fayāḍ ibn Sādā ibn Saʿd ibn Yūsuf (...) al-Mālikī and discover the 12 rabīʿ II [9]99/3 February 1591 (f. 210v). The name also indicates that the number of different names appears in the place where the number is located.
