The author reports, in his preface, that he composed this pamphlet at the request of several people who studied law, and who could not read Arabic works; he satisfied their desire by bringing together a selection of questions relating to jurisprudence and the fundamental beliefs of Islam, which he took from famous works in Hanafi literature, the Sadr el-Shariʿa, the Mokhtasar of Kodouri, the Dorar-i ghorar, that is to say the Dorar el-houkkam fi sharh Ghorar el-ahkam, by Mohammed ibn Feramourz, nicknamed Menla Khosrau; each of these works is indicated by an acronym..
