Vocalized Turkish neskhi, copied in frames traced in red ink, in a town in the government of Bosnia, by a scribe, named Ahmed, son of Bali, who dated his work to the first decade of the month of Ǧoumada first of the year 991 of the hegira (May 23-June 1, 1583).. The title el-Risalet el-Mohammediyye can be read in the conclusion of this sum, and that of Mohammediyye, in the title of the chapter in which Yaziǧi Oghlou expresses the reasons which led him to compose it. There we find the presentation of the religious beliefs of Muslims according to the Koran and the traditions, particularly those which concern the mission of the Prophet, his life, the end of the world, eschatology, in pieces of verse of different meters. This work was finished in the year 853 AH (1449), in Gallipoli, where the author resided, who died the following year; it has been compared to Dante's Divine Comedy. This copy has a gap between sheets 185 and 214, which was filled by a white paper notebook of Western manufacture.. Darendel (1603)..
