The entire collection is briefly described by Dāniš-Pažūh, Fihrist-i mīkrūfīlmhā, Tehran, 1348H., no. 916, p. 548-9 There seems to be a gap between f. 155v and 156 and another between f. 159v and 160. Numerous geometric figures in red and black ink, or drawings, accompany the treatises, f. 13v, 42, 45v, 46v-7, 48, 51-9v, 64, etc. Some are colored (f. 137v, 139) The tables (f. 19, etc.) are also numerous; one of them, in f. 49, has only been prepared. Furthermore in f. 2, 44, 141, 199 and 201v are unfinished figures which are not accompanied by any legend. The figure of f. 186 bis was finally added later In the margin of f. 135v contains a reference to Sayyid Šarīf [Ǧurǧānī]. In f. 1 reads 5 Persian bayt and the indication of the number of sheets in Turkish; in f. 197v a Persian bayt Anonymous and undated copy. All the pieces are by the same hand, the compiler probably having formed this collection for his use. Nastaʿlīq Persian writing of 21 lines per page; headings; advertisements. In f. 2 is the ex-libris of Sinān Čāʾūš and the table of astronomy works contained in this collection which appears on f. 1v appears from his hand. Ms. from the library of M. Thévenot (n° 177). A Latin notice by Renaudot is inserted at the head and, at f. 1v, a notice signed by Armain (n° 336) was completed by Reinaud. Bound in fawn speckled calfskin hot stamped with a central plaque with the imperial arms, a roulette border and, on the red morocco spine, the figure of Napoleon.
