The date of 710 AH that Rieu indicates in his Catalog is impossible; it is necessary to read 910 (تسعمائة, instead of, سبعمائة which are easily confused in the handwritten script). This copy contains the first three volumes, stopping respectively at the death of Pharaoh, at the history of the men of the Cave, at the Hegira. The translation of the work was undertaken at the request of Ahmed Pasha.. Vansleb.. Bound in rooted calfskin, with the figure of Charles X.. Updated by SY in 2018
