This divan begins with kaside imitated from those of Persian literature, dedicated to Sultan Bayezid, or Shah Bayezid, son of Mohammed II, who in 1481 became Sultan Bayezid II, to Mohammed II, whom he names the second Ǧemshid, with terǧiʿ-bend, one of which is dedicated to an Osmanli princess, after which (folio 40 verso) come the ghazels and the other pieces of this couch. Luxury manuscript, decorated with a sarloh illuminated in gold and blue, and three small paintings, with leaves 65 verso, 76 recto and 85 recto, which have been badly damaged and which are imitations of the Persian technique. Turkish binding, in stamped and gilded leather.
