This manuscript was acquired today for the bibl. of Nîmes, by the late E. Germer-DurandSee a note from M. Delisle, Notices and extracts from the manuscripts, t. XXVII, 2. p. 351. Cf. Catalog of 1836 (II, p. 522). The work thus indicated by the old catalog would be, according to Mr. Marcel Devic, who examined it briefly, a treatise on Muslim jurisprudence and theology.
