Description of contents This Zeyl, or continuation of the work of Ahmed Resmi (H. 1112-1197/1700-1783) bearing the title Halîkatü'r-Rüesâ or Sefinetü'r-Rüesa, contains the biographies of the reisülküttab (ministers of foreign affairs) and other personalities from Mühürdar Abdî to Mehmed Sadık Efendi. Marginal notes concerning the text. On a sheet glued to the upper cover, instructions from the bookseller Luzac in English. On the back of the flyleaf, instructions in French.
