Sample Text This work was finished, according to a passage which is read in the London manuscript, on the fourth day of the month of Zilhiǧǧe in the year 966 AH (September 6, 1559). The present manuscript is known as the Franchini manuscript; it contains the entire commentary, even the part relating to kitʿa and minor pieces. Luxury manuscript, decorated with a sarloh illuminated in gold and colors.
