According to two notes on the endpapers, this volume is the last ğuz' del' Iḥāṭa fī aḫbār Ġarnāṭa. Anonymous and undated copy. Stamp from the library of ʿAbd al-Qādir al-Sūdī (f. 1, 1v, 2, 137). Created as a waqf by ʿAbd al-Qādir ibn Sūda for the benefit of his son, ḥaṭīb ḥaram Idrīs wa-ālihi, before the muftī Muḥammad Bābā Umar in Algiers, Mark of possession of ʿAbd al-Qādir ibn Muḥriz al-Sudawī dated ramaḍān 1360 h. / September–October 1941, testimony of ʿAbd al-Ṣamad Muḥammad ibn Sayyid, imām and ḫaṭīb of a mosque in Algiers. Mark of transmission to Nūr al-Dīn ʿAbd al-Qādir, mudarris in Algiers (f. 1). These marks had been covered with glued paper. Framed with a red net. Table (1st f. guard). Articulated cover binding, red morocco, central plate in the shape of a multi-lobed mandorla with cold-stamped decoration on a piece of green leather, bordered by a golden fillet extended in the vertical axis up to the frame of three cold-stamped fillets. Spandrels formed with a golden four-leaf pattern. Medallion on the flap. Chain decoration and golden quatrefoils on the edge cover. Transliteration standard: ISO 233-2:1993, Information and documentation -- Transliteration of Arabic characters into Latin characters -- Part 2: Arabic language (the character ¨t is not used).
