Incipit (f. 1a): قال الشيخ الإمام العلامة فريد دهره ووحيد عصره مشرف العلماء أوحد الفضلاء المسلمين أبي عبد الله محمد الشهير والده بابن هبيرة نفع الله تعالى بعلومه آمين, قال رسول الله صلى الله وسلم من يرد الله به خيرا يفقهه في الدين. Explicit (f. 264b): أن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم ورب ابنة حمزة من الذي أعتقه حمزة توريثها على هذه الرواية عن أحمد على ثلاثة أقسام لا تنقص عنها أن تكون منفردة لا وارث معها فترث معها ذوا فرض من أقارب الميت فإنها تأخذ الباقي بالتعصيب أو يكون معها أخوها فإنه يقاسمها للذكر مثل حظ الأنثيين. والله أعلم. Incipit (f. 1a): The Sheikh, the Imam, the scholar, unique in his time, the only one of his time, the supervisor of scholars, the one of the virtuous Muslims, Abu Abdullah Muhammad, whose father is known as Ibn Hubayra, said: May God Almighty benefit with his knowledge, Amen. The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: Whoever God desires good for, He will give him understanding of religion. As for his saying, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him Explicit (f. 264b): The Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, is the father of Hamza’s daughter, who was the one whom Hamza emancipated, and how to inherit it, according to this narration from Ahmad, in three categories that do not detract from it: that she is alone and has no heir with her, so she inherits all of the money by inheritance, or she has with her a relative of the deceased, so she takes the rest by inheritance, or her brother is with her, so he divides it for the male like the share of two females.
