Turkish nestalik, from the end of the 17th century, copied by el-Hağğ Mohammed, سيرجو قدار (?) of ʿObaïd Allah Mullah Efendi, kadi of Medina.. The title is given in the incomplete formبضاعة الحكام فى احكام, on folio 8 verso, but it is read in its exact form in a copy described under no. 96, where the author is named Abou Iflatoun Mohammed Efendi; we read, on the edge of the manuscript, that of صكّ حاجب زاده. Haği Khalifa, who seems not to have seen him, gives him the title of صكوك. The work begins, after its preface in Turkish, with prolegomena written in Arabic, divided into seven sections, in which the author deals at length with the knowledge that the magistrate must possess and the conditions in which he must render justice; then come the formulas of the acts, arranged according to the canonical order of the treatises of jurisprudence; its text is preceded, on pages 1 verso-7 verso, by a very detailed table of contents, where its division is explained. Turkish cardboard.
