Haği Khalifa, who seems not to have seen him, gives him the title of صكوك. The work begins, after its preface in Turkish, with prolegomena written in Arabic, divided into seven sections, in which the author deals at length with the knowledge that the magistrate must possess and the conditions in which he must render justice; then come the formulas of the acts, arranged according to the canonical order of the treatises of jurisprudence; its text is preceded, on pages 1 verso-7 verso, by a very detailed table of contents, where its division is explained.
