Containing: (folio 2 verso) the review in mesnevis verse, by Nidayi, physician to the Khan of Crimea, Sahib Guirei, then to Sultan Selim II, of the treatise on medicine written by Bedr ed-Din Mohammed ibn Mohammed, nicknamed in Arabic Ibn el-Kausouni, and in Turkish Kaïsounizade, physician to Sultan Soleiman I, who died in 975 or 976 AH (1567 or 1569); this summary in verse is dedicated to Sultan Selim II; it was, according to its colophon, finished in the year 998 (1581); other copies indicate the dates 975 (1567-1568) and 978 (1570-1571); Nidayi (see Nos. 229, 486, 535 of the Supplement) is nothing other than the nickname adopted by Mohammed ibn Mohammed Kaïsounizade, who did not want to say, we do not know for what reason, that the present treatise is the reworking of a work that he had written at an earlier date; a fragment of the couch of Ashrafzade, who is called Ashraf Oghlou in some of his pieces (folio 40 verso), containing ghazels and a long mesnevi, entitled نصائح سلطان اشرف زاده (folio 56 verso), on the practices of religion and spiritual life, incomplete from its end; another fragment (folio 105 recto) from the couch of Ashrafzade, in another writing, containing ghazels and mukattaʿat; a fragment of a third copy of Ashrafzade's divan (folio 142 recto), mainly containing quatrains.
