20.6 x 14 cm. The beginning of the manuscript: The second article on issues and their rulings. It contains an introduction and three chapters. As for the introduction, it includes the definition of the proposition and its initial sections. The proposition is a statement in which it is correct to say that its speaker is truthful or false... Within this group is the second message of it. The beginning is missing or it is part of the message. The paragraph heads were written in red ink. Neither the title nor the author was mentioned. Its leaves are disjointed. The sources differed in translating the author. He was mentioned in Kashf al-Zunun and elsewhere as Omar bin Ali al-Qazwini, while the rest of the sources agreed on what was mentioned previously in the author category, meaning Ali bin Omar. The sources also differed in the date of death. It has traces of wetness and dampness at the end of the manuscript: Its corners are like two right-wings, and as for its predicates, they are outside of its subjects due to the fact that the thing is not required to be proven by proof.
