At the beginning of this part is an index of the subjects, and after this index appears a purchase entry in the name of Muhammad Bayram IV, traces of an ownership record that was deliberately obscured, and an endowment record and seal in the name of Muhammad Al-Aziz Al-Wazir, who made his headquarters in Medina in the year 1320 AH. The copy has corrosion on its first and last leaves due to earth and humidity. Which damaged the body, and the leaves have traces of restoration.
