18 x 14 cm. The beginning of the manuscript: Praise be to God for His abundant blessings. After that, the person whose answer was due asked me to compile for him a summary of jurisprudence according to the doctrine of Imam Abu Hanifa. Severe wetness affected the text and led to some of the papers sticking together and becoming fossilized. There were some corrections on them, some restrictions on them, and many footnotes, explanations, and quotes from other similar sources. They were met with the original. I wrote some few words in red and the rest of the text in black. Q1, 2, 3A contains some fatwas and jurisprudential issues. This copy shows many traces of use, and it appears that it was a school copy. The binding is worn out due to dirt, Q3A was in a different handwriting and was probably written by another scribe. Transcribed by: Muhammad bin Saeed Al-Zadawi. The end of the manuscript: And whoever of the heirs or creditors makes an agreement on something from the estate, cast it as if it did not exist, then divide the remainder among the shares of the rest.
