Notes	A modern, good, complete copy, corresponding to the original from which it was copied, as appears from the corresponding corrections in the footnotes written by the copyist himself. He cut off half of the last sheet containing the name of the copyist and the year of copying to hide the year of copying and display it in the author’s handwriting so that its price would increase. This disgraceful act is not strange to the dark, fraudulent manuscript merchants who severely abuse the heritage. The text was written on it in generally faded, watery, tangy brown ink, and the copyist used red ink to write. The paragraphs, chapters, their titles, etc., on a rough, white, French-made engraving in which parallel lines appear and the distinctive commercial watermark, which is a shield, and inside it is a crescent with a human face. The copyist inadvertently left more than one page with white on it and wrote “Sahih” on it, to prove that the white did not contain any text. Its booklets and papers are disassembled and torn apart from each other, and the binding is in need of restoration, rebinding, and maintenance. The title page bears more than one restriction on ownership, including one. In the name of Ali bin Muhammad Al-Hadban, dated 1301 AH, and another in the name of Suleiman bin Abdul Rahman Al-Amri, dated 1328 AH, and the seal of the library was deliberately erased.
Metin Başı (İncipit)	((... نحمدك اللهم على سترك الجميل ونشكرك على برك الجزيل. أما بعد ففي صحيح مسلم رحمه الله عن تميم الداري رضي الله عنه أن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم قال : الدين النصيحة ثلاثاً قلنا لمن قال لله ولكتابه ولرسوله ولأئمة المسلمين ولعامتهم.. ولما رأيت ركن الأمر بالمعروف والنهي عن المنكر قد وهى جانبه وكثر مجانبه.. فعنَّ لي أن أعلق أوراقاً في هذا الشأن نصحاً لأمثالي من أهل العصيان ومن حاله كحالي في الغفلة والنسيان.. وتحذيراً من ارتكاب ما هو جدير بسوء المآب.))
