Notes	Its soil, humidity, and wetness. The outer size is 24 x 17.7 cm. The copy is corrected, with footnotes and comments. The effects of wetness and moisture have spread on its leaves, but the text is free from obliteration, except for some of the footnotes being affected. The beginning of the manuscript: Praise be to God, the All-Knowing, the Forbearing, and blessings be upon His Noble Messenger and upon his family and companions who have won from him with a grave handwriting. Glory be to You. We have no knowledge except what You have taught us that You are the All-Knowing, the All-Wise. (In the name of God, Most Gracious, Most Merciful. Praise be to God, Lord of the Worlds, and prayers and peace be upon His Prophet Muhammad and his good and pure family.) The work began with the basmala for faith and blessings. The wording of the name is an extra intercalation to prevent confusion.. Copied by: Uys Effendi. Ibn Na`z Ali Ibn Qara Qai, the end of the manuscript: The one who approves has priority over the legatee for what exceeds a third, so the last of the legatee for whom the bequest is permissible is permissible for a third.
