Notes
Within the collection (32-47), there is a complete copy, written in black and red ink, and some of the margins contain comments and corrections. The collection, which includes the letter in our hands, is written on the Italian form known as the ship. The name of the copyist and the date of copying were inferred from the letter that follows the letter we have in our hands in the collection, which agrees with it in all the material characteristics in terms of the type of paper, calligraphy, and ink used in writing, and the papers are affected by wetness, humidity, soiling, and corrosion of the edges.
