Notes The outer size is 21 x 14.5 cm. Its leaves are disassembled, without binding. It seems that it was part of a complete book on fatwas. The beginning of the manuscript: The Book of Punishments: Concerning the punishment for adultery and sodomy. A free man and a Muslim and a non-Muslim are chastised for envying him with a barbar who gives the answer. A free man and a slave, a Muslim and a non-Muslim in ta’zir are the same. A double tabulation with a gilding in the middle, as well as subject headings inside gilding. At the beginning of the manuscript there is simple gilding with decoration and drawings in color. Blue, pink, green, and gray were written in the middle of the gilding at the end of the manuscript: The inheritance is not forfeited by the heir’s abrogation, the judge of the peace of pearls.. and it is limited to religion, so that if he dies.. an inheritance, then he is absolved.. (obliterated words)
