28.9 x 18.2 cm. The beginning of the manuscript: Praise be to God who has established the rulings of the Sharia with His decisive Book.. Now, one of the established premises for those with insight and the liberating postulates for those with insight is that the honor of man in the two worlds...is only by beautifying the outward appearance with good religious deeds. Moisture and spots did not affect the text. Some corrections were made in the original. I wrote the titles of the chapters and the warning lines that distinguished the text from the explanation. With red ink, some of the leaves were repaired in a rudimentary way, and the skin of the first scroll was cracked and the skin of the second was torn. On folio 1/A, he blurred out the title of the book and a phrase indicating that it was a valid endowment. On the inside of the first scroll was an incomplete index, and in the copy it was dropped at the end. Folio 91 is presented in front of folio 90, the end of the manuscript: Because he bequeathed to each one of them and made the end for the poor, so if one of them dies. Among them, his share was for the poor, unlike the first issue, as the endowment here is for everyone, not each one, and if the endowment is for his wife and children, i.e. the children of the donor, and then his wife dies, her share will not be for her son.
