The beginning of the manuscript: Praise be to God, Lord of the worlds, and may blessings and peace be upon the best of His creation, Muhammad and his family. It has many footnotes in Arabic and Turkish. It has some corrections. It was made on another copy. The text was written in black ink, and the titles and warning lines in red ink. There is a recent index of the topics of the manuscript at the end of the manuscript: It is stated in Al-Jami’ that almsgiving is permissible by agreement, and as for endowment of common property, it is permissible according to Abu Yusuf and not permissible according to Muhammad, may God have mercy on him.
