Notes	A complete, modern copy, corresponding to the original from which it was copied, was kept in the library of Muhammad Raghib bin Masoud Effendi, the Mufti of Amed, upon his son, Sibghatullah, then upon his children, then upon the scholars of Amed. The text in it was written in watery black tan ink, and one of the readers [perhaps he was Muhammad Ragheb’s father] used the dull red ink in the year 1263 AH to draw warning lines and write demands on the footnotes, so he wrote ((I was honored to read it). And the service of recording it in red in the year 1263, in mid-April and Jumada al-Awwal, in our palace in Jaroghi) on a white, satin, European-made tile showing parallel lines and the distinctive commercial watermark [a bunch of grapes and the name of the maker] in which the endowment of Sayyid Muhammad Raghib was recorded and sealed, and the ruling of the waqf was confirmed by Judge Sharif Muhammad Arab al-Mawla Caliphate in the city of Amed. The copy became severely wet, which greatly affected the ink and consequently the text, especially in its last leaves. Despite this, The copy is good.
