A modern, good, complete scholastic copy. It was compared to the original from which it was copied and to several other copies, as appears from the corrections in the footnotes in the copyist’s handwriting or otherwise. The text in it was written in black, watery tan ink in general, and the chapters of the paragraphs, the chapters, the abbreviations of the graduation, the sources, the chapters, and so on, were written in red ink, on a Levantine ink, which is few, perhaps Turkish-made or European-made, of different types and dates, but they do not all date from the twelfth and thirteenth centuries AH. The text of the copy begins. In folio 14b and ends in folio 225b, as for folios 1-10b at the beginning of the copy, and in folios 11b-13a he wrote a detailed index of the chapters of the book and its contents, in addition to symbols of the abstracts and sources. In the copy there are additional papers placed between each paper and the next, almost all of them narrow with quotations, explanations, comments and sayings from many sources and in different scripts. In the endowment copy, this is its form: ((In His name, the Almighty, the Almighty, praise be to Him who establishes the intentions of His servants, and prayers and blessings be upon the intercessor Prophet on the Day of Calling, and upon his family and companions who are worthy of payment. For his male children, then for his male and female children, then for the scholars of Amed, in his place is preserved if I do not specify a place, and that he does not come out except with a mortgage, whoever replaces it... And I am the poor Muhammad bin Masoud Effendi, known as Kojok Ahmad Zadeh)), and close to this ownership and endowment the following text was written: ((Whoever wrote the poorest of servants to God, the guide of bodies, Mr. Muhammad Masoud, the Mufti of the city of Amed, the grandson of Kojok Ahmad Zadeh, he pardoned them both)), and below it. Immediately he wrote: ((In the company of the poor, to God Almighty, Muhammad Izzat, the judge, in Amed, may he be forgiven)), and he wrote directly underneath it in red ink: ((To God be praise and grace, I have appointed the library of books that is in my school, Al-Raghibiya)) and at the end of it, with a seal: ((Sayyid Muhammad Raghib)). Inside the binding appears a text in Turkish stating that science books must be preserved and maintained during the days of the establishment of the Turkish Republic. It was written by Mr. Bakri Sidqi in December 1345/1929 AD, and Mr. Bakri Sidqi was the head of the nobility in the city of Diyarbakir.
