Notes
External size: 29.4 x 21.2 cm. The beginning of the manuscript: Surah Al-Kahf.. (Praise be to God who sent down to His servant the Book.) This means that the Qur’an arranged the deserving of praise for the revelation of the Book, warning that it is the greatest of His blessings. The Qur’anic verses were marked with warning lines in red ink sometimes, and in black at other times, and the rest of the text was written in black ink. This part begins with Surat Al-Kahf and ends with Surat Al-Mursalat. (1) An endowment in the name of Hamza Pasha Ahmed Al-Marashi to the mosque of the city of Marash, dated in the year 1153 AH. Light dampness and wetness did not affect the text. There are some corrections on it. Some explanations and quotations from similar sources correspond to the original. The end of the manuscript said: The Prophet, peace be upon him, said: Whoever reads Surat Al-Mursalat, God writes that he is not one of the polytheists. God Almighty has spoken the truth.
