The beginning of the manuscript: Malik died in the year one hundred and eighty-four, and Abu Hazim, his father, who was Salamah, with Fath al-Lam Ibn Dinar al-Araj al-Ahd and Sahl, was the last of the Companions to die in Medina, may God be pleased with them. He presented the chapter on a woman washing her father... His saying: Your cousin’s son, meaning her husband Ali, may God be pleased with him.
