Notes	The text was written in glossy black tan ink, while the titles were in red ink. Some red lines were placed under important phrases and side titles in black ink in the copyist’s (al-Muttalib) script. The text was written on thick white paper with parallel lines and a commercial watermark consisting of three consecutive crescents. At the end of the text, the copyist included a reference to the copy he had quoted (I copied it from the copy of Mawlana Fakhr al-Qudān al-Mashri’i Ahmad Effendi bin Mawlana Ibrahim Effendi). The text is preceded by four blank sheets of paper containing some benefits. The first part of them contains the following text (This is the book of naked events of the muftis at the hands of the poor Sayyid Mustafa the Mufti in Hama to His Excellency the Sheikh of the Sheikhs of Peace, Sayyid Ibrahim Effendi al-Atassi, the Mufti of Homs, the protectorate. He pardoned him). An error occurred in the numbering of the copyist, as he omitted the numbers between the number 95 and inserted immediately after it the number 100. He also omitted the number 219, and changed the position of the numbers 217, 218, and 219, as well. 220, and issue 226 was omitted, in addition to not numbering the title page.
