The outer size is 26 x 18 cm. The beginning of the manuscript: The distinguished and distinguished Sheikh Abu al-Hasan Ali bin Abd al-Rahim al-Sulami informed us, saying that the one Sheikh, the one Imam, Abu Mansour Muhib bin Ahmad bin Muhammad bin al-Khidr al-Jawaliqi, said: This is a book in which we mention what the Arabs spoke of the non-Arabic language and what the Glorious Qur’an spoke. The pages of the copy are tabulated with a table with three lines in red and green. I wrote the words and paragraph headings, some in red and some in green. Linguistic materials are written in red footnotes. Transcribed by: Ahmed bin Hassouna, the end of the manuscript: Al-Asma’i said, “Ya hanah,” with an open “ha” and “yahya.” Abu Hatim said, so I said, “How do you say the two, the plural, and the feminine?” He did not know. Abu Hatim said, “I think its origin is in Syriac, yahya, shrahiya.”
