Notes	The copy is in good condition, except that it is disassembled and does not contain any possessions, and the comments on it are rare. The text was written in faded black ink and the chapter titles in red ink. The text was written on European paper with many commercial watermarks and three consecutive crescents. On another paper was a large crescent with three arcs, and the third was a shield with a crescent inside its inner string in the form of a human face. Likewise, written watermarks were numerous, so on the letter paper...V.G. On the last are the letters M.A., on the third are the letters P.C, and on the fourth are the letters N.R.
Metin Başı (İncipit)	(الباب الرابع في تفصيل أحوال الأمراض الجزية واستقصاء أسبابها وعلاماتها وضروب معالجتها الخاصة بها إذ فيما سبق من القوانين الكلية في التراكيب الجامعة ما فيه كفاية وفي ذكره وجمل من العلوم التي سبقت الإشارة إليها ووجه اعتلاق هذه الصناعة بها، وهي بها واحتياج كل إلى الآخر على وجه لا يستغني عنها لحكيم بل متى جهل شيئ من ذلك خرج عن كونه حكيماً بل طبيباً وقد أردت أن أرتب ذلك على وضع أبجد وأن أقدم أسماء الأمراض وما يتبعها من العلاج وأختم الحرف بذكر ما فيه من العلوم حسب ما سبق..).
