In his cataloging of Turkish and Persian manuscripts, our colleague, Dr. Muhammad Haridi, mentioned this manuscript under the title (A Treatise on the Rulings of Inheritance - The author is unknown, p. 35, and the title we referred to was mentioned in the manuscript preserved at Imam University under No. 7415 and entitled (The Guide to the Heirs in Explanation of the Conditions of the Forty). The text was written in glossy black ink in general, and some warning lines in red ink on white European paper appear. It contains parallel lines and a commercial watermark consisting of two facing kings crowned between their crowns at the top of the cross, and on another piece of paper is the Latin word MASANNCT.
