The beginning of the manuscript: Surah Al-Ra'd is Meccan, and Al-Nahhas included in his copy on the authority of Ibn Abbas, may God be pleased with them both. He said, Surah Al-Ra'd was revealed in Mecca, and Saeed bin Mansour and Ibn Al-Mundhir narrated on the authority of Saeed bin Jubair. It has some corrections that were matched to the original. It was copied by: Abdullah bin Musa Al-Amouri. The end of the manuscript: Abu Ubaid narrated in his virtues and Al-Tabarani with a good chain of transmission on the authority of Uqba bin Aamir.
