... فأما قول مالك فهو الذي ذكرناه ها هنا من إعادة الصلاة وقول مالك أحب إلى أن يبتديء إذا تطوع من فرضه ومن سلم من اثنين من فريضة ساهيا ثم صلى ركعتين نافلة ثم ذكر بعد فراغه من نافلته أنه لم يكن أتم فريضته فصلاته باطلة وعليه الإعادة والسلام انتهى.
