Notes
22.4 x 17 cm The beginning of the manuscript: Praise be to God who made the hearts of His saints the object of His knowledge and chose them in His honorable presence... And then the poor servant says to his master, hoping for His mercy... Hamdoun bin Muhammad... When the herald of happiness called me with a living tongue to benefit... His moisture and earth did not affect the reading of the text. However, the humidity affected the ink, so he wrote the text in black ink, some words, phrases, and commas in red ink, and some in blue, green ink, and yellow ink. In Q 269/B, we say it was written in the year 1305 AH. The text was written inside tables in red and blue. The end of the manuscript: I have finished with the praise of God and His good help. What I intended to gather in this restriction. Praise be to God, Lord of the worlds. May God’s blessings and peace be upon our master Muhammad, the Seal of the Prophets and the Imam of the Messengers, and upon his family and all his companions. Complete the book Tuhfat al-Ikhwan in the virtues of the masters of the people of Wazzan. May God benefit us all from them.
