The beginning of the manuscript: As for what follows, I have collected strange hadiths from Ibn al-Atheer’s book al-Nihayah in Ghareeb al-Hadith wa al-Athar to be a sermon about God that explains and enlightens the eye. He, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, said, “Every matter of importance, that is, an honorable one, should be celebrated and cared for...||narrated, so it is Aktha’, meaning incomplete, amputated, and Al-Katha’ is the one whose hands were cut off... On it are corrections. The repeated phrase (and narrated) was written in red ink, and white was left for it throughout the text on the thirty pages. The first. Corrected version. There is a commentary. Followed by a translation by the author, taken from the book Benefits of Traveling by Fathallah al-Hamawi, the end of the manuscript: ...And on the authority of Ibn Abbas, he raises it: The king of the earth is four, two believers and two unbelievers. The two believers are Dhul-Qarnayn and Suleiman, and the unbelievers are Nimrod and Bukhet Nasr, and a fifth will own it, and he is the Mahdi from my family. O God, may your blessings and peace be upon our master Muhammad and all the prophets and messengers, and praise be to God, Lord of the worlds. This is a translation of Sheikh Muhammad al-Hijazi bin Muhammad bin Abdullah, famous as the Ansari al-Shaarani preacher. Praise be to God, Lord of the Worlds.
