Notes	His land - wet, 20 x 12 cm. The copy is incomplete. The titles of the chapters and chapters are written in red ink, and the headings of the paragraphs are written in red ink. A hole was made on the first page, due to which much of its text was lost. The copy is corrected, and the last one has a rudimentary restoration. The beginning of the manuscript: Praise be to God who.. the foundation of the legal rulings and the establishment of their pillars.. the Arab laws. And after that, the science of jurisprudence does not hide its honor, grace, and majesty. ...and its greatest introductions were the knowledge of its principles and the knowledge of Arabic, so the first is its basis and guide and the second is its path.. The end of the manuscript: Like a will, it accepts the condition as if he bequeathed to his child while he remains, and the burden is on knowledge or justice and the illness of his child’s mother unless they marry, and the comment is accepted as if he said, “If I die in this illness or on my travel, then give so-and-so and such-and-such.”
