Metin Başı (İncipit)	(روى أبو القاسم القشيري رحمة الله تعالى عليه أنه قال مرض ولدي مرضاً شديداً حتى آيسة منه فرأيت النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم في المنام فشكوت له ما بولدي من الألم فقال لي أين أنت من آيات الشفاء فانتبهت وافتكرت في القرآن في ستة مواضع من كتاب الله وهو قوله تعالى ((ويشف صدور قوم مؤمنين)) ، ((وشفاء لما في الصدور)) ، ((يخرج من بطونها شراب مختلف ألوانه فيه شفاء للناس)) ، ((وننزل من القرآن ماهو شفاء ورحمة للمؤمنين)) ، ((وإذا مرضت فهو يشفين)) ، ((قل هو للذين آمنوا ((هدى وشفاء)). قال فكتبتها في صحيفة ثم حللتها بالماء وسقيته فو الله كأن قد نشط من عقال - ولما يكتب للسحر والفم والأمراض...).
