Notes	External size: 15.8 x 10.2 cm. The beginning of the manuscript: In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful. Praise be to God who created the heavens and the earth and made darkness and light, then those who disbelieve in their Lord will be just. The dampness and wetness of Qur’anic surahs are (Al-An’am, then Yasin, then Smoke, then the leaves of the rest of the Surah fell with the beginning of Surah Al-Waqi’ah, then Al-Malik, then Al-Naba’, then Al-Ikhlas, then Al-Falaq, then Al-Nas, then Al-Fatihah, then Al-Baqarah, until (and those are the successful ones): 5 Al-An’am began with an upper decoration of tree stems in colored geometric shapes. He filled the spaces with silver, and above it was a dome of paper, as well as the two sides. The double sheet is replaced with a line other than the original copyist’s handwriting, between the surahs is a rectangle the size of a line. Nothing was written on it. The pages were framed in gold, surrounded by a black line on the inside and two lines on the outside.\|\|There fell a leaf cut from folio (6), then it fell after folio (28), containing the rest of Al-Dukhan, Surah Al-Fath, Al-Rahman, and the beginning of Al-Waqi’ah. The dividers were varied, with a pencil sticking to a specific number. The marking of the dividers was gilded middle circles at the end of the manuscript Those are upon guidance from their Lord, and those are the successful.
