21.3 x 15.6 cm. The beginning of the manuscript: The Book of Obligations, i.e. the issues that are divided into inheritances. The plural of fardah means obligatory, meaning decreed, because of the preordained arrows in it, so it was dominated by wetness that did not affect the text on it. Some corrections on it, some restrictions on it, some few explanations on it. The annotated text was written in red ink and the rest of the explanations in black ink. It appears that the manuscript had omissions in it and was completed at a later time on different paper and with different fonts. Copies: Abu Al-Jabr bin Al-Madid Al-Shafi’i, the end of the manuscript: And from it, abandoning watering trees that is conditional upon the agreement of the contracting parties is permissible, contrary to Al-Ruyani.
