The title of the manuscript and the name of its author were inferred after interviewing it on other copies within the manuscripts of Umm Al-Qura University with preservation number 4949, and a second copy within the manuscripts of the King Abdul Aziz Public Library in Riyadh with preservation number 488, so the interview was valid.
