Notes	23.7 x 16.9 cm. The beginning of the manuscript: Praise be to God who fulfilled the obligations of those whom He pleased and divided the livelihood among His servants.. And then the poor Hussein Al-Mahli Al-Shafi’i says, May God forgive his sins and cover in both worlds his faults: Since the inheritance of relatives was of the most important concern and he intended it for the present and the general.. Its humidity and soil did not affect the reading of the text, except for some words with some corrections on them, which were replaced by the original. The text was written in black ink, and some words and phrases in red ink. The manuscript leaves are disassembled. And in Q. 1/A, there are some sayings at the end of the manuscript: The aunt has a share in one-fifth, so she gets five, and the two sisters from the parents have four in five, so they have twenty, each one has ten, and the two sisters from the mother have two in five, so they have ten, each has five, and this amount is enough for whoever contemplates it. May God make it pure for His honorable face and open to whoever meets it with a healthy heart.
