Notes
A collection of jurisprudential issues, rules, and reports, most of which were collected by the author from what was decided by his Sheikh Abdullah bin Muhammad bin Dahlan in his lesson sessions. The author arranged them according to the jurisprudential chapters, a complete copy, written in black and red ink, with some footnotes. The book became known by the author’s nickname, “Majmu’ al-Manqur.” It was printed in the Islamic Office under the name: Al-Fawakir al-Mandi fi al-Mas’il al-Mufididah, according to what was in some of the handwritten copies. At the beginning of the copy is the following:
1/ Ownership registration written by Saleh bin Abdullah Al-Ibrahim Al-Bassam Al-Hanbali Al-Salafi.
2/ Ownership registration written by Abdul Karim bin Saleh Al-Sayegh.
3/ A record written by the scholar Abd al-Rahman bin Nasser al-Saadi stating that he bought this copy from the estate of al-Sayegh and bequeathed it to the Unayzah Library in Qassim on the date 1363 AH.
