Notes
23.7 x 17.5 cm. The beginning of the manuscript: A book explaining the rulings on obligations and commandments. Obligations are the plural of fardah, meaning obligatory, that is, ordained, because of the prescribed arrows in them. Moisture, light earth, and wetness affected the text in several places. It has some corrections, some restrictions, some explanations, footnotes, and quotes from similar sources. The books of the annotated text and titles were originally colored in red, and the rest of the explanations in black. The document is disassembled and the manuscript shows traces of much use.. Copied by: Muhammad bin Qasim Abu Shajar Al-Minyawi End of the manuscript: If you are unable to earn, then spend it in the treasury, and God Almighty knows best, and this is the last thing that God Almighty made easy of persuading in the solution of Abu Shuja’a’s words..
