End of the manuscript: It was said that the verse is conditional on not being discouraged and forgiving, or the first is specific to the happy and the second refers to the miserable, according to his saying “dispersed” and “the atom is a small ant or a waste.” On the authority of the Prophet, peace be upon him, whoever recites “If I Earthquake” four times, it is as if he has recited the entire Qur’an.
