The letter is the twelfth in the collection, and the paragraph heads have been written and warning lines have been placed in red ink. 20.2 x 14.5 cm. The beginning of the manuscript: Praise be to God, the All-Knowing, the Wise, the Curtain... And after the poor man who hoped for the mercy of his Lord, the Forgiving, saw the etiquette of the people of remembrance... he wanted to collect what is Sunnah and what is done for the great sheikhs who take what they take without an intermediary.. The end of the manuscript: For the Almighty said, “Those are those whom God has guided, so follow His guidance,” although peace be upon him. Muqtada, everyone, from the first to the last, should understand carefully, and the place is not the place of ease, but God Almighty makes the two paths easy for both groups..
