Notes	A late copy that included only pages of the book, written in black and red ink. It is an explanation of the book “Muntaha al-Iradat fi Jamm al-Muqani’ with Al-Tahqi’ and Additions,” written by: Abu al-Baqa Muhammad ibn Ahmad ibn Abd al-Aziz al-Futuhi al-Hanbali al-Masri, famous as Ibn al-Najjar, who died in 972 AH. Al-Bahuti mentioned in the introduction that Ibn al-Najjar explained his book “Muntaha al-Iradat” in a way that was not satisfactory, so he addressed his explanation with a brief explanation. At the request of some eminent people, he relied on the author’s explanation and his own explanation on the book Al-Muqni’ by Ibn Qudamah.
