A complete copy, written in black ink. The index is divided into four tables, and the names of the surahs are written in red ink. It is an index of the verses of the Qur’an translated into Arabic. The leaves are lightly affected by moisture, and some ownership restrictions appear on the first page, including an ownership registration in the name of Sayyid Jaafar bin Sayyid Ismail al-Barzanji, the Shafi’i Mufti of Medina, and another registration in the name of Zain al-Abidin by Hasan Muhammad, dated 1232. Hijri, and an endowment was registered and stamped in the name of Muhammad al-Aziz al-Wazir, and his headquarters was made in Medina in the year 1320 AH.
