Notes
24.6 x 17 cm. The beginning of the manuscript: Praise be to God who opened the ages of the Arabs who lacked eloquence, so they used to do so and did not match, and gave them the correct understandings with which they were preferred over other Jews, Magians, and Christians, and opened their minds to extract the precise meanings.. And after that, we have a footnote on the eloquent singer, whose moisture and earth affected some of the words on it. Some corrections were met with the original. The text was written in black ink, some of the words, letters, and verses. Poetics in red ink. At the beginning of the manuscript, some sayings were copied: Ali bin Ali bin Ibrahim bin Daoud Al-Toukhi. The end of the manuscript: And he chanted: “Indeed, whoever catches a qaqqa will be mashoum.”| How could he have caught an aqaqan and an owl?|And the completion of this book was completed by the poorest of God’s servants... Al-Toukhi... and praise be to God alone.
